CNC Recycling has been announced as joint winners of the ‘Recycling Company 2021’ award at the National Fenestration awards.
Speaking of the win, Managing Director of CNC Recycling Melanie Reid, said: “As a team we are so proud to have won this award and we can only thank our customers who took the time to vote for us.
“It is particularly relevant as it is voted for solely by the industry and is clear recognition of the hard work and commitment that we put into recycling
“Our primary focus has always been customer service, we don’t have the backing of other recyclers in the Fenestration Industry but what we have is the determination, passion and a love for what we do.
A big thank you to the National Fenestration Awards for a wonderful and well organised event.”
The award concludes a successful year for the Middlesbrough-based company with it reportedly witnessing an upsurge in the number of new customers and various recycling schemes launched during 2021.
CNC Recycling will recycle almost 900,000 old window frames this year and this award shows the support in the industry for recycling.
As a result of the reported increase in demand, CNC Recycling has made several investments throughout 2021 in plant and machinery as they move into the next phase of their growth strategy.
Melanie concluded: “We are obviously delighted to have picked up this award. It means so much to the team.
“As a business we are never complacent and we are heavily committed to recycling every piece of UPVC waste created and to continue to be a trusted and reliable recycling partner to the Fenestration Industry.”
