Stellar Aluminium played a role in delivering a premium finish at Glynllifon, an exclusive gated coastal development at Traeth Bychan on Anglesey’s eastern coastline.
Developed by Glynllifon, the scheme comprises a collection of two- and three-bedroom apartments alongside four-bedroom townhouses, all positioned on the elevated site of a former hotel. The development has transformed the location into a striking residential destination with panoramic views across the coastline, countryside and mountains.
With glazing central to both the architectural vision and overall value of the properties, achieving the right balance of aesthetics, durability and performance was critical.
Main contractor AEJ Construction Services appointed local glazing specialist D Woolley UPVC Windows, with all products manufactured by Approved Commercial Partner Heritage Trade Frames. Stellar Aluminium was selected as the principal aluminium system for the project, complemented by Profile 22 PVCU products.
